A 39-foot Marc Lombard cruiser, no longer built by Jeanneau, offered with 2 or 3 cabins for couples or families who want a roomy, seaworthy boat.

Jeanneau no longer builds the Sun Odyssey 389, but she was drawn as a proper cruiser, with comfort, space and seaworthiness at the top of the list.

Down below you'll find either 2 or 3 cabins, so she can be set up for a couple who like elbow room or a family who need the extra berths. Tanks hold 200 l of fresh water and 130 l of fuel.

On paper she's 11.75 m overall, with a 10.98 m hull, a 3.76 m beam and a draught of 1.98 m. That beam goes a long way to explaining the space aboard, and the deep draught helps with the stability and seakeeping she was designed for.

Marc Lombard was responsible for the design. In her day she brought together the newest technology in the Sun Odyssey range, with speed and good behaviour at sea as much a part of the brief as comfort.
