Jeanneau Cap Camarat 5.5 CC

A 5.48 m open centre-console boat from Jeanneau, no longer built, suited to up to 6 people who fish, cruise the coast or tow a waterskier.

The Cap Camarat 5.5 CC is a small open boat with the steering console in the middle and clear deck all the way round it. Jeanneau has stopped building her, so you'll be looking at one that's already had an owner or two.

That open layout is the main reason people chose her. You can fish from any side without stepping around seating, and there's room for up to 6 when you'd rather just cruise. She's 5.48 m long and draws only 0.3 m.

Under her is a tapered V-shaped Jeanneau hull, built to be robust, which gets onto the plane efficiently. It made her a popular choice for waterskiing.

Garroni Designers drew her, and they paid attention to ergonomics and the small practical touches that make a day aboard easier. Jeanneau equipped her with safety in mind, and the instrument panel and upholstery were of good quality when she was new.
