## Broker's remarks

Princess has a name for quality, and this 2002 Princess 40 sits right in that bracket. She's 43ft and has some years on her, but when you're aboard here in Swansea you can still feel the standard of what came with her compared with a lot of motor yachts in her class. That's something I'd rather you judged for yourself than took from me.

## Description

Part exchange & finance available on this boat

Lady Isabelle is a well-maintained and stylish Princess 40, offering a great balance of performance, comfort, and practicality. Powered by twin Volvo Penta TAMD-63P engines, she delivers smooth and reliable cruising, with a top speed of around 30 knots.

Her spacious and inviting interior includes a bright saloon with comfortable seating, a well-equipped galley, and two cabins, making her ideal for both short trips and longer stays. The flybridge provides excellent visibility and a great space to relax, while the teak-laid cockpit and swim platform add to her appeal.

With a full engine service and anodes replaced in 2024, Lady Isabelle is well-prepared for her next adventure.

VAT, CE and RCD: prices are as advertised for the seller. Unless the listing clearly says so, don’t assume a boat is VAT paid or that its price includes VAT. Boats first placed on the UK or EU market since 16 June 1998 generally have to comply with the Recreational Craft Directive (in Great Britain, the Recreational Craft Regulations 2017) and carry a CE or UKCA mark with a Declaration of Conformity. Before you buy, ask for and check evidence of the boat’s VAT status and RCD compliance, and take advice if it is to be imported or exported.

Buying through a broker: when EUROYACHTS (LARGS) LIMITED sells a used boat as broker for its owner, the contract of sale is between you and the owner, and buying from a private owner gives you fewer statutory rights than buying from a business.
